Get better answers out of Claude and ChatGPT.

ChatGPT and Claude are remarkably good at almost everything except the thing you actually want them to do. The advice they give is fine in the abstract. It just doesn't reflect your business, your customers, or the way you actually work. That's because the model has no idea who you are or what you're trying to achieve.

Context engineering is the practical fix. You give the AI a structured brief about your business once, and it reads that brief before answering anything. The same question that produced a generic answer yesterday produces a specific, useful one when the model knows the situation it's answering for.

It's a conversation, not a form.

You answer questions about your business one at a time, and the AI follows up where your answers are thin and moves on where you're clear. The whole thing takes about ten minutes from start to finish, less if you're prepared, a bit longer if you have a complicated story to tell.

The questions cover the things AI tools usually have to guess at: who you sell to, what you actually sell, how you talk to customers, what you've already decided you don't do.
